Ivory & Vine Event Co. has substantial expertise in the field of event planning. For over six years, we have produced timeless events for our clients, paving the way for them to enjoy the process in every step. We have a meticulous attention to detail, and pride ourselves on taking an educated approach to each logistical element of an event through our years of experience and industry relationships. We guide our clients through the planning process from start to finish, continuously considering the intention of the gathering, and ensuring that we are creating a heightened guest experience for your attendees.
Our extensive industry experience provides us with exclusive rights with our creative vendor partners, from florists to calligraphers. We pass these privileges along to our clients.
Design
By implementing design techniques that highlight understated elegance and effortless luxury, we specialize in creating atmospheres that are customized to the client. We believe that hosting a gathering is an opportunity to tell a story, and our intention is to showcase our clients’ personalities through a refined aesthetic and an impeccable attention to detail.

Karli Spangler | Owner & Creative Director
Karli was born and raised in Denver, Colorado and attended college at Texas Christian University. With over six years of event planning experience, Karli knows the time and detail that go into planning extraordinary events.
Karli specializes in creating events that reflect the style and personality of the couple or guest of honor, and believes that the intricate details are what matter most. Karli devotes her creative, organized and meticulous behavior to ensure that each client experiences the event of their dreams.
“I love finding ways to be innovative - whether it’s creating a custom build for a client, or interpreting their home decor in a way that creates residential ambiance for their event. Most of all, I love the relationships that I have developed with each and every one of my clients. Seeing them progress through the stages of planning and beyond, creating lives together, is what gives meaning to my days.”
During her career in event planning, Karli has planned events for Dirk Nowitzki, The Dallas Mavericks, Pepsico, Frito Lay, and Topgolf.
When she's not planning and designing weddings, Karli enjoys spending time with her husband Matthew, burying her nose into new book, traveling to new destinations and snuggling with her golden retriever, Gary.

Sara moved from the Mountains of Northern California to Fort Worth to pursue her education at Texas Christian University.
She is passionate about creating dreamy spaces that make people feel known and celebrated, and she delights in any opportunity to delve into the details that make an event unique. A recent bride herself, Sara puts the same thought and care into each and every detail for her clients’ weddings.
She adores good conversations, outdoor adventures, strong cups of coffee, intriguing stories, and really anything involving confetti!
