Full Service Planning & Design
Our Full Service clients enjoy concierge level service, with no detail overlooked. Our team manages all pieces of the wedding planning process including venue and vendor curation and management, in-depth planning for all wedding-weekend events, and guidance throughout every logistical element of the wedding.
We pride ourselves on providing an elevated guest and client experience, and manage guest accommodations and room blocks, transportation, and even honeymoon planning through our luxury travel agency partners.
We will ensure that all aspects of your wedding have a cohesive design thread woven through each element from start to finish. From the wedding invitations to your curated place settings, Ivory & Vine will give creative direction to all design vendors and bring your wedding vision to life.
This package also includes all labor-intensive tasks, consisting of invitation assembly and mail-out, as well as RSVP management, favor and welcome bag assembly and delivery, and a full service bridal attendant onsite the day of the wedding. All Full Service Planning & Design clients work directly with the Owner, Karli Spangler, and a minimum of three wedding planners will be onsite the day of the wedding.
